This year has been extremely testing for everyone. The restrictions have made us examine our lives and what is important to us. Family comes at the top of my list.  Enforced separation has been particularly hard to bear. Creativity during lockdown has been difficult, having plenty of time, but little inclination. Producing still life arrangements helped to concentrate my mind. Playing around with our collection of animal skulls and spring flowers from the garden, after Georgia O’Keeffe. Only recently did I think about the connection between death and re-growth depicted in the pictures.
