INTO THE WILD ARTIST SUBMISSIONS OPEN

Gallery North would like to invite entries from artists working in any medium for our forthcoming exhibition ‘INTO THE WILD’ – a thematic exhibition inspired by the beauty of the animal kingdom and our natural world. Artists are invited to submit up to three works for consideration that respond to this theme (three works maximum).

The exhibition will run from  31st May – 26th July 2025 and hanging/installing will take place during the week before. Artists must organise the safe delivery (and collection if necessary) of their artworks.

To apply, please fill in the form and here and upload examples of up to three artworks with dimensions, prices and a short artists CV (no more than 500 words or 1 side of A4) by 5th May 2025. A single submission fee of £15 is required to enter and this also includes automatic entry for artists in the 2025 Eastbourne Artists Open House Art Trail and programme which will run during June, giving the gallery and exhibiting artists further exposure. 

If you are selected for this exhibition, we will be in touch within one week after the submission date closes.  At this point, please ensure that you arrange payment of £15 to the following account:

Please include your name as reference so that we can track the payment. If payment is not made within one week after we have notified you of your acceptance, Gallery North will not be able to continue with your application. 

Please note that Gallery North’s commission is 20% on all sold works.

NEW BEGINNINGS SPRING EXHIBITION: 29.03 – 24.05.2025

Our new Spring Show opens on Saturday 29th March. This joyful exhibition celebrates the spring season and explores the meaning of a ‘new beginning’ from both resident and guest artists responding to our Springtime Open Call. Our multi-disciplinary range of artists are at various
stages in their careers and are based across Sussex and London.

Our two featured artists Corinne Corbett – Thompson and Lynda Minter will be taking over two of our downstairs rooms to showcase their vibrant work as part of this eclectic show.
