Animazing Appreciation

The gallery’s recent interactive show –  Animazing: Bringing children’s television to life – proved a big hit with visitors, with over 300 taking part and showing their appreciation in five full pages of Visitor comments.

These included:
“Really good fun, hope it becomes permanent.”
“FAB idea, great for kids.”
“Brilliant fun for a 7 year old budding film maker.”
“I loved it and would like to come back.”
“Wonderful – coming back tomorrow.”
“EPIC! This was a really fun exhibition and I wanted to stay longer.”
“A great day! I would love to do it again.”

Open as it was in the early part of the school holiday the exhibition proved a good  introduction to the gallery for children and their accompanying parents and grandparents (many of whom commented on the nostalgia value of the exhibited toys and puppets).
